Well ... just check this one out, it's fast, easy to fix and really really good.
Hot Tamale Dip
1 (15 oz) can whole tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 jar of tamales, drained, papers removed and chopped
1 (15 oz) can bean-less chili
1 (16 oz) jar picante sauce or salsa (what ever heat you like)
1 large box Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
Place all ingredients in a crock pot and heat on low until cheese is melted and hot, stir occasionally. When totally melted serve with chips of your liking.
Tip: I eyeball a lot of my recipes, so the ounces of the cans and/or jars may be a little off, just get them as close as you can ... it will still be tasty good!!
